| Can I Install AutoTop Myself? |
|
Yes. In just 1 min without any tools
you can install AutoTop in your Porsche Boxster without the speedometer feature.
Installation is very easy and straight forward. To add the
speedometer feature, you will need to remove the convertible top
relay, bend a pin, and run one wire.
This should take an additional 10 min.

| Do I have to disable the factory

features? |

No. The emergency brake
will need to be notched up a few clicks, enough to get the e-brake dash light
to come on, and the car can still be in motion. Many owners keep this
as a "safety". |

| How exactly does your product function? |
| Its simple, you push the Top Up button and
the top starts to move toward the up position, just as if you were
holding the button down. To stop it, just touch it again. If you hold the button down, it will move as long as the button is
depressed and stop as soon as it is released [just like the factory
operation] |
